1. Sweet Tooth Vocabulary

2. Sweet sugar dough that looks like porcelain when it dries. Fondant

3. Cupcake A small cake baked in a muffin tin.

4. A small rich cake, usually made with chocolate, and is brown and square. Brownie

5. Cheesecake A cake made with sweetened cream cheese, eggs and cream baked in a crumb crust.

6. A cake with a dark red, bright red or red-brown color. It is usually topped with a creamy white icing. Red Velvet

7. Cookie Cookie Any of various small flat sweet cakes.

8. A moist, airy, rich coffee chocolate layer cake. Devil’s Food

9. A French pastry, consisting of a dough similar to puff pastry, containing bits of chocolate throughout it. Chocolate Croissant

10. Cannoli Tubes of fried pasta, filled with ricotta or similar cream cheese.

11. Donut A small ring-shaped fried cake.
