2. The Problem :- How we can increase the
adoption of technology to enhance the
domestic infrastructure operation?
– As part from the new SDGs, sustainability is playing a huge role across all the
streams. What we have seen in the last couple of years that most of the
domestic countries are still managing the domestic infrastructure using old
mechanisms.
– This is really leading to waste a lot of resources (time, efforts and funds). those
funds can be used in a different ways of development allowing those
development countries to enhance their infrastructure management efficiency.

– Nationwide motivation programs which drives a competition between countries and
a high reward against achieving targets.
– Creating an organisation at the World bank to invest in the green technology on
behalf of the development countries.
– Create a green technology ambassadors led by famous actors in each of the
development countries to motivate the domestic investments toward the green
technology
– Building a nationwide big data platform collecting all the information from all the
countries , analysing the information and utilise a machine learning allowing an
actionable data to be automatically executed .

– Investment in technology and green energy might appear to expensive to the
development countries due to the required funds.
– The role of the expertise now to increase the awareness of the return of
investment for the green technology projects.
– Enhancing the infrastructure operations in the development countries will
defiantly support the mobilisation of the domestic resources allowing addiotanl
resources for the required infrastructure projects .
