This document describes a community called "Time for Mom and Me" whose mission is to empower mothers through self-care and reach one million members. The program consists of mothers meeting regularly in groups of 2 or more to discuss chapters from the book "Time for Mom-Me" and promote camaraderie, accountability, sharing, encouragement, and solutions. Mothers can either start their own group after registering online or join an existing group in their area by searching the directory.

2. This community was created to empower mothers to practice better self care, our mission is to reach one million moms this year. Moms Like You!

3. The goal of the groups is to create a self-care community of moms who interact regularly in a setting that promotes: CamaraderieAccountabilitySharingEncouragementSolutions

4. The program is very similar to a book club or playgroup! An inspired mom, Hostess, agrees to organize a group of 2 or more.

5. The program consists of 6 sessions that correspond to the chapters of my book, “Time for mom-Me: 5 Essential Strategies for a Mother’s Self-Care”.

6. Moms agree on a regularly scheduled date and time to meet for the duration of the program – once a month or bi-weekly is best. Time for mom-Me supports each group by providing a Program Toolkit.

7. All groups have access to the tools and resources available through our website. As an added bonus, established groups could receive a chance to be featured on the site and receive special Group Only opportunities from Mia Redrick!

To start one, be sure to register on this community then, select the group “Start A Time for Mom Group” there you will be connected with an online assistant who will answer your questions to get started with our easy process.
