Subject: Letter of Recommendation for Michael Rider
To whom it may concern,
I wish to give my most sincere recommendation for Mr. Rider. He is one of the calmest, most
professional people I have ever had the pleasure to work with and he has my absolute highest
regards. I feel very lucky to have been his client here in Baghdad; his patience and
preparedness as a team leader kept our operations as calm as possible, given the
circumstances.
He earned my full trust, and through his professionalism, brought up the standards of
everyone he worked with. I counted him as the greatest asset on our team, and I have full
confidence in his abilities to lead. His flexibility and adaptability kept a number of difficult
situations from turning into bigger problems, and from having worked with a number of other
teams, I can say with confidence that this particular strength absolutely saves lives.
Mr. Rider is perhaps the best person I have worked with in a security context and anyone
would be lucky to be under his protection. I am grateful for the phenomenal job he has done
for Ernst and Young and I count myself lucky to have made his acquaintance.
