Fitness Centre, spa a variety of bars, restaurants and lounges. With 411 guest rooms 193
Apartments, and 15 stories of office space but old and run down, Hospitality Services in Asia
were contracted to sort out the operations, put in the right management team, plus redesign for
refurbishment and increase revenue.
