Nafa Naana operates through three distribution channels:
• Directly, thanks to Nafa Naana stores where products
can be bought;
• Thanks to the network of microfranchised retailers,
who supply at the Nafa Naana stores and resell the
products;
• Through key accounts (NGOs, cooperative
companies, women’s groups), which promote and
distributes the products to their members. Key
accounts are either intermediary between Nafa Naana
and end users, either they are directs clients.
This distribution channels enable to reach the last mile,
where other distributors cannot or do not have any interest
to intervene.

3. 1. Je participe à la formation proposée par Entrepreneurs du Monde.
2. Je commande les produits à temps pour éviter les ruptures de stock.
3.Je respecte les prix de vente conseillés pour chaque produit.
4.J’utilise les affiches proposées par Entrepreneurs du Monde pour faire la promotion
des produits et je participe aux évènements promotionnels organisés.
5.J’utilise la grille pour présenter les produits aux clients. Elle ne m’appartient pas
mais je suis responsable de son maintient en bon état.
6.Je remplis un certificat de vente pour chaque produit vendu et je tiens à jour mon
relevé de ventes.
7.Je verse l’argent des ventes à Entrepreneurs du Monde à chaque visite de suivi, en
échange de la facture présentée
8.Je suis responsable en cas de dégradation, de perte ou de vol des produits
9.Je collabore avec Entrepreneurs du Monde lors des visites de suivi.

4. AWARENESS
Nafa Naana trains the retailers on the products use,
raise awareness on the benefits they generate, and
offer them training on business management and
marketing. Further, Nafa Naana gives the retailers
communication materials (displaying shelving, stocks
case, advertising signs).
Besides, Nafa Naana organises marketing events and
awareness raising campaigns. The objective is to
make people aware of the products.

5. AFFORDABILITY
Nafa Naana designed adapted financial products to
each stakeholder of the value chain:
• An advance is offered to suppliers so they can by
raw materials and have the guarantee their stocks
will be exhausted;
• A consignment system was developed for the
retailers, so they are expected to pay the products
only once they have resold them;
• Through key accounts, Nafa Naana offers its
beneficiaries payment facilities such as payments
by instalments, so they can pay the technology
thanks the savings generated by the product use.
