2. What is the Design Cycle?
- It is composed of five parts which are written
by order:
Investigate, Design, Plan, Create and lastly
Evaluate
- The design cycle can help you make
presentations if you have a hard time in making
one
4. Design Cycle
- It is used for planning different activities and
projects of all sorts.
- It is very useful, I was able to plan and do
many assessments very well by utilizing the
Design Cycle

6. Design Cycle: Investigate
- Should identify the problem that is needed to
be solved to create the product.
- Our group had to present major events that
occurred during the Second Phase of the
Philippine Revolution by making us tell the
story as if it were a newscast.
7. Design Cycle: Design
- list down the requirements to be able to
complete the product and solve the problem
given
- We were able to come up with an AV script
that would guide us in what to put in the
newscast
8. Design Cycle: Plan
-Students should plan in creating the product or
a plan in making solutions if there are certain
problems in the making.
-Planning is important because it is the key to
make a good presentation
- Our group planned on what to put into the
video and how we would shoot it, we planned
the different angles and locations where we
would do our shoot
9. Design Cycle: Create
- Should be able to follow the plan and be able
to create a product
- We were able to follow the original plan that
we wrote down and were able to make the
product successfully.
10. Design Cycle: Evaluate
-Students should evaluate their product
because it is where the students get to see the
overall of their product
- The newscast video was submitted to our
teacher for grading.
11. Summary
The Design Cycle is a very useful tool in doing
any assessment, activity or basically anything
that you need to plan out before actually doing.
