Summary
I have completed a bachelor degree course in computer applications the equivalent of computer science,
a diploma course in web design and development using ASP.Net and MS SQL Server, and a diploma course
in core Java. I pursued all the above courses in India where I’ve been since August 2008 till June 2012. I
was trained by Infosys one of India’s best software development companies through Edu-Rwanda training
program. There, I gained skills such as creativity, problem solving, business communication and much
more.
Currently, I work at Education Development Center Inc. I developed a database that stores data collected
from the field, manage data, and provide reports that help in analysis, prevention, prediction and decision
making. Manage and maintain network infrastructures and troubleshoot computers. Monitor and
evaluate activities of Akazi Kanoze 2 project from recruitment of beneficiaries to delivering services to our
beneficiaries. I’ve been working at EDC since 2015 to till date.
Developing software since 2012, I have gained high knowledge and experience in Network Administration,
software design and development, server administration, database administration/Oracle DBA,
implementation and testing as well as maintenance.
As a Software Developer, I've worked with Medium Enterprises in software design and development,
Network Administration, server administration, database administration, implementation and testing as
well as maintenance of mobile and web applications as well as websites using different programming
languages, frameworks, CMSs, Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client, WINSCP, Putty and database
management systems such as MS SQL Server, C# and MySQL, PHP, Oracle Database. From time to time I
help customers with network troubleshooting as well.
I also work at Inganji Social Entertainment Ltd as Director of technology and I'm also head the IT
department. ISE Ltd promotes businesses from all sorts of fields through media (Radio, TV) and social
networks (websites, Facebook, twitter...), organizes events (weddings, concerts, birthday parties, ...) and
does live coverage of those events, it connects people together (fans, artists, sponsors, investors...).

Achievements:
 I was selected to be trained by BPO-Infosys in Edu-Rwanda training program where I gained team
work Skills, business communication skills, and problem solving skills, creativity and more.
 I’ve passed IELTS (International English Language Testing System) academic module with an
overall band score of 6.5. This makes me eligible to study and work in any English-speaking
country such a Canada, Australia, UK, and USA.

5. Work experience:
I worked on several projects which consisted of designing and developing windows application, web
application using Microsoft visual studio 2008/2010 package where I used MS SQL Server to create and
manage databases. Other projects consisted of designing and developing mobile and web application
using different programming languages, frameworks such as Yii, Sencha touch, and CMSs such as Drupal,
WordPress where I used MySQL (PhpMyadmin) to create and manage databases.
 The first project was to design and develop a windows application for hotel management in order
to automate the work done and services offered in hotels such as room & hall reservation, room
service, administration, rental items, managing restaurants & bars present in the hotel, managing
employees…
 The second project was to design and develop a web application to advertise a particular course
providing all information possible to the visitors and users of that application such as online
applications, syllabus, upload and download past question papers, text books and other useful
materials, universities and colleges offering that particular course, post queries…
 I design advertising billboards and animated banner; one of them was posted on “Igihe.com”.
 I developed an E-commerce website for AxiS that allows users to search for movies that they like
and order them through a credit or debit card. I used Magento CMS for all development.
 I worked at AXIS, a software development company. My responsibility was to design and develop
software solutions whether they are mobile or web applications based on the clients request and
provide software support and maintenance on a regular basis which also sometimes involved
network support. Basically, what I did was assist our customers with any difficulties they faced
using our software, I trained them, fixed bugs encountered using our software and report new
requirements from customers to my supervisor.
Long story short, I do a little of everything hardware, networking and software troubleshooting
whenever necessary although I’m not an expert in everything I’ve picked up few things along the
way. When I joined AxIS, I was hired as a software developer consultant. I test and maintain
mobile and web applications for our clients before delivering them as a software solution.
 So far, I've developed 6 web applications, one of them was an e-commerce website amazon-like
developed during 6months of internship at AxIS. I've worked on several projects through which I
improved my skills in database management system, programming, software design and
development, project management and communication skills.

enhancement focusing on the needs and specifications of the client. I also developed mobile and
web applications as well as websites using new technologies such as Yii framework, Magento cms
and android application development at the same time familiarizing with them. Basically, what I
did was assist our customers with any difficulties they faced using our software, trained them,
fixed bugs encountered using our software and report new requirements from customers to my
supervisor.

I work part time at Inganji Social Entertainment Ltd as Director of technology and I'm also the
head of the IT department there. ISE Ltd promotes businesses from all sorts of fields through

responsible. I’m in charge of designing, developing, implementing, testing and maintaining ISE
Ltd website. I manage all projects concerning information and technology in ISE Ltd and bring-in
new technologies such as new cms and frameworks for application development, strong and
reliable network connection to ensure live streaming of events. The latest project I’ve been
working on is a development of a website that connects artists with fans, sponsors and studios,
organizes private and public events and promotes an individual, business, group and anything
that needs promotion as well as posting news updating followers of what’s happening in the
world, advertisement and art work.

I developed an E-commerce website for AxiS as an IT Solution to movie fans who can’t go to video
stores that facilitates users to browse, search, and view and customize movies that they may be
interested in before ordering through a monthly subscription. Then the address information a
customer provides during movie ordering is used to deliver the goods. The administrator of the
website can monitor and manage all activities of the on-line store.

E-Commerce Subscription website consists of a website that facilitates users to browse, search, view
and customize products that they may be interested in before ordering them through a monthly
subscription. Then the address information a customer provides during the product order is used to
deliver the goods. The administrator of the website can monitor and manage all activities. I was in
charge of design and development.
 iPOS parking ticket
 March 2013 to April 2013
A mobile application developed for KVCS to work on a POS (Point Of Sale) device in order to
record vehicle information and generate parking tickets and instantly send all the information
including the sale made to KVCS server so that they may monitor the progress of the business
and manage all parking system activities. I was assisting in design and development.

8.  iPOS, a retail software solution developed for La decouverte and Serenity Spa beauty stores
consists of a system that allows a retailer to make sales and record them using a POS device and
send all the information to a server from which the administrator can manage all store activities
and monitor business progress. I’m in charge of system testing, delivery and maintenance.
