Material Testing Services (Pty) Ltd (MTS) is a 100% Motswana owned and run company.
MTS specializes in commercial field and laboratory services within construction and Civil
Engineering fields.
MTS offer a comprehensive range of services that include the following field and laboratory

MTS has been in operation in Botswana since 1974. During this period, the company has
established branch laboratories and in the following Cities, Towns & Villages across Botswana

Through our extensive experience within the construction industry, MTS have been appointed
the sole distributors of the following products throughout Botswana:-
FLY ASH PRODUCTS
Chryso SA is a chemical company that specialises in the manufacturing, distributing and dosing
of a wide variety of concrete admixtures.
ABE Construction Chemicals is a manufacturing company that specialises in waterproofing
compounds, membranes and systems, manufactures repair grouts and mortars as well as
epoxy flooring systems and joint sealants.
Chryso SA purchased ABE Construction Chemicals resulting in MTS being appointed as the sole
distributors and applicators of these quality products throughout Botswana.
Ash Resources, a division of Lafarge Cement, specialises in the manufacturing of Fly Ash
Products. Again, based on our experience within the local market, MTS was appointed the sole
distributor and preferred transporter of Ash Resources range of products.

Corelab (Pty) Ltd:-
Corelab is a 100% Motswana owned commercial testing laboratory. As well as general
laboratory testing services, Corelab typically provide a platform for the group to approach
smaller local and foreign contractor’s that would not typically associate directly with MTS.
Corelab does have its own clientele however, when required, Corelab personnel and
equipment are utilised on MTS contracts and visa versa.
