In 2000, Tang Jixuan stated “The action of the Japanese government gives
ODA to China is considered as the alternate diplomatic action of war reparation”

Overall impact: domestic challenges for Japan over ODA to China
Solution and Conclusion
ODA is money to fund projects in developing
