Esteemed Members and Friends of Mission Hills,
The inaugural Mission Hills Star Trophy was an overwhelming success that Dr. David Chu, J.P.
attracted huge attention within the international golf world. Compared to our Chairman of Mission Hills Golf Club
previous tournaments, this event had a wide spectrum of participants, from
cultural icons and sport stars, golf kings and queens, to professional and amateur
golfers competing against each other and playing on the same course. It was
an event that not only ignited everyone’s competitive spirit, but it allowed people
from different backgrounds to connect on a personal level and create their own
happy memories. It’s through the sport of golf that makes my life and countless
other golfers so interesting.
Many participating celebrities and golfers told me they will always remember
this event at Mission Hills • Haikou since it was such a one-of-a-kind competition.
