annoyingly healthy meal (yes... it’s gluten free and organic).

All organic, locally sourced if possible (I live up the street from Bob’s Red Mill, which
helps). I forgot to put almond butter, grade b (more flavor) maple syrup and olive oil pan
spray in this picture.

3. Ingredients

Banana. Don’t be a dork and use GMO if you can avoid it. Every time you buy
GMO, God kills a kitten.
2 Egg Whites (Yep, free-range, stress-free lives. let’s see you lay an egg.)
3 Vanilla Extract (Of course it’s organic. What’s your problem?)

4. - prep the quinoa
- heat up a pan
- throw all this shit into the hot pan in any order
you want, mix it up in any sequence either in the
pan or in a bowl
- fry it up on each side
- throw good shit on it
- eat it
- ride, run, skate, hike, or work. you’re good till
the afternoon

5. Prep the Quinoa
1/2 cup
if you don’t, it’s bitter
rinse the shit out of it, at
least 3 times
bring to a rolling boil
2:1 water to grain
cover, simmer, low, 20
min

6. Heat up a pan
olive oil spray + teflon
liberal application. should
be easy for you, commie.
IQ test: don’t spray in
eyes
hot at first

7. throw all this shit into the hot pan in any order you want, mix it up in any sequence
either in the pan or in a bowl (these measurements make a big one, i usually take it
down a quarter or a half, but keep the eggs high for more protein)
oat bran, 2 tsp
hazelnut powder, 1 tsp
ground flax seed, 2 tsp
vanilla extract, to taste
raw cocoa, 1/4 tsp (shit’s
spendy, tiny bit goes far
egg whites, 1/2 cup

8. combine all ingredients and mix in either bowl or pan
cooked quinoa, 1.25 cup
mix in bowl
or mix in pan when in a
hurry

9. fry this bad boy up, hot pan
throw the business into
the hot pan
when it’s crispy on the
bottom, hit it with spray
oil
flip it, flip it good
