This document describes a customized iPhone app that hotels can use to provide information to customers. The app has two main parts: information about the hotel and touristic information about the city. Hotels can define the content in the app, including photos, text, and sightseeing routes. It also allows hotels to include information about events, attractions, and recommend points of interest on a map. The app costs €500 for development and €100 per month for maintenance with updates. It can be launched on the App Store within 2 weeks.

– Apple already offers 350.000 apps in its AppStore,
proving the success these small programs.
– Nowadays, people have already integrated apps
into many areas of their lives: to make
reservations, find information, play, read,
communicate, etc.
– An iPhone app of your hotel connected to a guide
of your city or destination creates a perfect
marketing tool and brings your hotel to your
clients’ screens.
– Many mobile booking services have increased
their bookings by 5% through the mobile channel.

The features
– The app consists of 2 parts:
• Information about the hotel
• Touristic information about the city or
tourist destination
– You as the hotel can define all the
contents shown in the app including
photos, texts and sightseeing routes
– The package includes 4 annual updates
which is especially useful for events or
tourist routes.
– Include whatever information seems to
be useful about events, sightseeing
tours, attractions, etc.

Information about the hotel
– You can create up to 5 categories
to present your hotel:
– Eg.: accommodation, restaurant,
contact details, SPA area, picture
gallery
– Every category will contain more
detailed information according to
your specifications
– Include a link to your online
booking system, if you wish
– Pictures and texts should be
submitted in the previously
specified formats
– A photo gallery is the perfect tool
to present your hotel

Points of interest
– Show the points of interest that you want to
recommend to your customers in Google Maps,
like: your hotel, museums, restaurants, shops, etc.
– Your customers can navigate directly to these
sites starting at their current location.

Routes
– With the help of our trail share
technology you can easily create
different types of tracks:
• By bike
• Shopping
• Wine route
• ….
– Add interesting photos or information
for each point of the route.
– Your routes will not only appear in the
app. You can also upload them for free
on your website.
– In order to create a route, we will
provide you with your personal login
for www.trailshare.net

– Show your clients charming places of your city or destination – perhaps even
beyond the typical site seeing places
– The tourist guide of your hotel will help promote the app and your hotel at
the same time
– Add tourist attractions and events in 5 differents categories.
