Role : SAP Security Authorization & Admin Consultant.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for all SAP Security support tasks which includes Role Design, Development, Configuration,
Troubleshooting, Resolution and Documentation in SAP R/3, Solution Manager.
• Worked on preparation of solution documentation roles & solution implementation of (SOLAR01, SOLAR02, and
SOLAR_EVAL) & roadmaps.
• Generation of BP Id’s.
• Fully involved in creation of ChaRM roles both for Co-Pharma & Medical Systems.

project for Europe and Asia Pacific.

Operations/Resourcing:-
 Responsible for capturing and processing demand requests with in the agreed SLA as per the client
request for different Portfolios within Account.
 Driving Weekly calls with all different Account Heads on Resourcing.

status with Utilization Analysis, Margin Analysis, Bench strength, Attrition data within the
Account/ Project.
 Generating NB Onsite Report and Tracking Bench at Onsite
 Generating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Billability Status Report
 Responsible in handling different types of Management Reports and Regular Tasks on day to day
basis which is expected from the Operations team. Generated Account Utilization report on Daily &
Monthly Basis.
 Inflow and Outflow reporting to all BFSI Delivery Managers and Practice Managers on day to day
basis.
 Preparing Decks (PPT Presentation) for Quarterly & Annual reviews.
SAP
 Moving the resources into the account and mark them billable/non-billable within the respective projects.
(Module, SAP-HR).
 Update the changes on day to day basis and make ensure that the SAP records are clean for all the
resources within the account.
