How technology ICT evolution toward mobile media
services and gained mobile internet traffic. Increasing mobile
communication traffic as a factor of mobile media maturity.
In other words increasing of speed rate has positively
relationship with mobile internet download and upload stream.
This effect mobile operator profit maximization. It is logical that
mobile operators should change their mobile internet charging
model. Another question is which is correct mobile application
developers to share the price of mobile internet stream or
mobile operators should fully charge only end user?
