Monty Roberts is the New York Times Best-Selling author and horse-gentler also
known as The Horse Whisperer. He is also a master storyteller, able to inspire us with
spell-biding stories of his real life adventures. We have created a series of events and
training workshops based at his famous home, Flag Is Up Farms, just outside Santa
Barbara, California. Choose from our list of events and workshops, or contact us to

Daytime Event
Your group will watch Monty’s signature event, the inspirational and groundbreaking
Join -Up ® experience. They will learn how the process works and why wild horses
can accept their first saddle, bridle and rider in less than 35 minutes without violence.
Tour famous Flag Is Up Farms, and listen to an inspirational talk about the topic of
your choice; from the value of following your passion, to the value of trust and even to
how Monty met and still works for the Queen of England.
Treat your group to an outdoor barbecue cookout or a gourmet box lunch.

 NIGHT of INSPIRATION
Evening Event
Your group will be welcomed to beautiful Flag Is Up Farms to watch a remarkable
event and enjoy a great meal! The group will experience first-hand the powerful
relationship of trust and communication between a horse and a human. Join-Up is
Monty’s signature event, an event that allows an untrained horse to accept his first
saddle and rider in less than 35 minutes. In this narrated event, your group will learn
about Monty Roberts’ fascinating life journey from his early days as a rodeo rider to
trusted advisor to the Queen of England. Afterwards, join Monty and his family at
their home to enjoy a barbecue cookout, and a personal visit with Monty.

Organizational Training Workshops Held at Flag Is Up Farms

Building Effective Teams Full Day Workshop
The bedrock of every team is trust, and this workshop focuses on accelerating
trust, commitment and accountability in teams. Each team will use the DiSC ®
Personal Profile Assessment and create their own action plan to transfer their key
