Paper Topic:
In this term paper you will explore ONLY ONE of the following questions:
(1) Does God exist?
(2) Do your ancestors help you?
You should answer the question by providing 3 or 4 reasons (arguments) for your position.
Structure:
Thesis: State the position you will attempt to prove in your paper.
Body: Write one paragraph for each reason in support of your thesis.
Conclusion: There are many ways to conclude a paper; (1) You could summarize your
argument and show how it is successful in proving your thesis; (2) You could
quote someone of authority who agrees with your position; (3) You could
anticipate counter arguments and show how they are ineffective.
Length:
700 words
Format:
Please type your paper and save it as a Word document (.doc).
Use double-space paragraph format.
Font size: 12.
Font style: Times or Arial (please do not use any decorative fonts as they are difficult to read).
No handwritten papers will be accepted.
