On-Line Clinic Registration Instructions
These instructions will walk an HOA member through the registration process for all required
on-line clinics required by HOA. For this example, we will register and complete the
HOA Jr Player Officiating Clinics (LJ, SC, R2, R1).
Step 1.
Login to Webpoint
Step 2. Get your USAV Member #
Easiest Method is to Print Membership Card. Member # is highlighted below.
You will need to have this number for later.

Select Event Registration - Region Ref/Score Clinics
Step 3. Register for the Clinic
Click the appropriate Register button to start the registration

Confirm the Clinic and Member Information and click Submit button

Step 6. Registration Confirmation
This indicates that you have successfully registered.
If you receive any error messages, you will need to contact HOA Technical Support.
HOA Note:
You will need to remember the
User Name and Password
Use the Click Here link to access clinic
HOA Note:
The User Name and Password is your Webpoint Userid and Password.
If you change your Webpoint Userid, you must contact HOA Technical Support.
If you change your Webpoint password, you must change your USAV Academy password.
Failure to do so may result in errors or member not receiving credit for clinic.

At this point, you are ready to Sign In to USAV Academy/Coursemill/LMS
You can do this by clicking the link on the Webpoint Registration Confirmation Page.
In addition, a link is provided on the HOA web site.
Step 6.
Sign In to USAV Academy/Coursemill/LMS
At this point, you will see a list of your Clinics.
These are all the clinics that you registered for using Webpoint.
In order to receive credit you will need to edit your profile to include your Region and USAV
Member #.

Step 7. Edit Profile
Click Edit Profile link in upper left corner.
The Edit Profile page has two tabs
User Profile and Sub Orgs
NOTE: User ID/Password must always match Webpoint Userid/Password

Step 8. Enter Region and Member #
Click Sub Orgs tab.
Change Region to Heart of America
Enter your USA Volleyball Membership Number from your USAV card.
NOTE: To receive credit this number must be accurate and match your Webpoint
information.
Click Save button to save changes.

Step 9.
Open Clinic and Take Courses in Clinic
You can take course in any order.
You must complete all courses in the clinic to receive credit for the clinic.

Step 10. Successful Completions
You will receive an email notification for each course you successfully complete.
You will receive an email notification for successfully completing the entire clinic.
Additionally you will receive a PDF Certification of Completion for each course and clinic.
