ABSTRACT
The purpose of this project is to build real and non real
time (unified communications) applications by using open
source software platform, Elastix (Server), which uses
Asterisk PBX as the kernel. It implemented the functions of
VoIP, IVR, chat, video call and voice mail. It is the
integration of hardware and software. This Project
provides great portability, flexibility and cost effective
solution to organizations
