3. Terms and Agreement
MyCasinoFranchise.com, PARNASA CORP, INC. with its offices located at 9002 Chimney Rock Rd. Suite G #253, Houston, TX 77096 enters into an agreement with the undersigned (herein referred to as the “Promoter”).
The Nature Of This MyCasinoBusiness Terms and Conditions Is As Follows: MyCasinoBusiness ("MCB") develops web websites in the iGaming industry and will be offering a web portal, education, and marketing expertise to help promoters establish an online presence. Promoter understands that they will be hiring MCB to build a website and setup promoter with key contact in the iGaming industry. 1. Assumption of Liabilities. MCB, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, assigns, suppliers, and agents (collectively referred to as "Affiliates"), shall not be liable for, and I release MCB and its Affiliates from all claims for consequential and exemplary damages for any claim or cause of action relating to the Agreement. I further agree to release MCB and its Affiliates from all liability arising from or relating to: a. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions b. Any incorrect data or information provided c. Your failure to provide any information or data necessary for MCB to operate its business
2. Duties and Responsibilities by Both Parties. For MCB:
MCB agrees to provide an affiliate Casino website, Sportsbook, Racebook, Table Games, Slots and Poker Room to promoter at a 25%-40% revenue share.
We will provide promoter with access to online marketing tool.

For Promoter:
Promoter will be responsible for promoting their Online Casino and all promotion related activities.

3. Income Claims. MCB has made no income claims or guarantees what a Promoter will earn. 4. Description of Title. MCB is agreeing that they are NOT an employee, partner, shareholder, officer, or franchisee of Promoter. Promoter is simply an affiliate. 5. MyCasinoBusiness.com Operations. When Promoter sign up and buy one of our packages, they are paying for our relationship to an offshore online casino as well as a website. Promoter will be provided with specific set up instructions. 6. Promoter Obligations. Promoter is solely responsible for promoting their site. Nothing more.
7. Rights Granted:
7.1 MyCasinoBusiness.com grants to promoter rights to use graphics or any other material owned by MyCasinoBusiness.com for the sole purpose of marketing and promoting. The promoter must get permission from MyCasinoBusiness.com if you choose to alter or modify marketing content.
7.2 MyCasinoBusiness.com grants to Promoter a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, during the term of this Agreement, to use graphics, including banners, and other intellectual properties (hereinafter "marks") owned by MyCasinoBusiness.com for the sole purpose of marketing, advertising and promoting MyCasinoBusiness.com Sponsors' Site(s). The Promoter may not alter or modify the web site, link, banner, or graphic, or any other marks, in any way, without the prior written permission of MyCasinoBusiness.com. The license herein granted shall automatically and immediately cease upon the termination of this Agreement. 8. Promoter Compensation. Promoter will receive a percentage of the player losses at casino website as a commission for promoting your casino website. 9. Representations and Warranties. 9.1 You, as a Promoter, warrant and represent that you advertise or Promote a lawful, and otherwise valid Internet Web Site. You further represent that you have the requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations set forth herein and that you are an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age; that performance under this Agreement does not and will not constitute a breach of any existing contract or obligation undertaken by you; and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, decrees, rules or regulations which would preclude you from entering into this Agreement. You shall indemnify MyCasinoBusiness.com and its owners, employees and assigns against any loss, damage, liability (including reasonable legal fees) which result from the use of any MyCasinoBusiness.com materials not expressly authorized by this Agreement. 10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: MyCasinoBusiness.com MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE LINK OR THE CONTENT OF MyCasinoBusiness.com SPONSORS' SITE(S) AND MyCasinoBusiness.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MyCasinoBusiness.com shall not be held liable to the Promoter or any other person or entity.
