Tennessee; Kimley- I contributed research, reports, graphics, and final edit to the 20 year plan for
Horn and Associates growth and development in a lake side community outside of Nashville, TN.
Land Use and Transportation Plan for Hendersonville, TN. The team produced
Waterfront Living the award winning Hendersonville Land Use and Transportation Plan. The Plan

10. Project Community Plan for Saucier
Community Plan for 2006 American Planning Association Excellence in Development Planning Award
Saucier
I participated in an intensive planning study for Saucier MS in the winter
Ohio State University; immediately following Hurricane Katrina. The team produced the award winning
Harrison County, MS Community Plan for Saucier. The Plan received the 2006 APA Excellence in
Economic Development Planning Award.

Project Urban Composition is...
A system to visualize the interplay between associated subjects on the
Cove on Old Hickory landscape. It illustrates light and dark. The composition relates the focus
Lake, Hendersonville area in terms of factors outside the frame.
A design-oriented planning method to bring all of the pieces together –
looks beyond the simple bounds of the project to find connections and
relationships; it is the whole approach to a project.
Through my work I strive to create, stabilize, and sustain – or compose –
places through planning.
