Place players on each cone
Walk them through with a ball as you explain

Train at the level you expect to play in matches.
Always have enough balls near you so the exercise doesn’t break
down.

Think about whether everyone needs to improve what you want to
say or whether its just one and you can just take him aside.
Minimise information you give, ensure its specific and concise.
Avoid the pink elephant (always be positive).

9. Example 1 (Technical):
10m - Warm-up (before turf time).
10m - Stick & ball exercise.
15m (2x) - Team splits into two groups, one group does a match-play
situation while the other does a technical exercise (groups switch).
20m - Match 6v6 (with focus from training).
Example 2 (Tactical):
10m - Warm-up (before turf time).
10m - Stick & ball exercise.
12m (x2) - Train part of tactical pattern and complimentary technic (e.g.
getting the ball into the circle & shooting at goal).
25m - Match (focus on whole of tactical pattern).
