physical circuit reroutes, installation of fiber panels as well as panels for the install of copper and
electrical circuits. I have also had to manage contractors and provide site access. Maintain accurate
inventory of equipment and circuits. Shipping and receiving parts and ordering site materials. I was
also assigned a company vehicle with which I have maintained for the past 4 ½ years with no
accidents or traffic violations.
Isolate network trouble conditions and implement network recovery procedures.

protocols), and Outside Plant fiber 1000M/100M/10M optical and electrical circuits.
Monitor data and voice networks for areas of potential problems implementing quality improvements.
Engage team members when necessary to correct or improve network performance.
Turn up and maintain Level 3 Communications’ Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, 10Gige Lan
and10Gig circuits. Experienced with terminating power and grounding equipment, slotting of
equipment cards and terminating cabling per order. (Cat5, Fiber, etc…)
Troubleshooting and performing maintenace on Level Three’s Critical Infrastructure equipment such
