Hotel Room services app users can preview their orders,
pricing and edit ingredient list and share their experi-
ence with online friends. This app can handle the com-
plexity of online and offline customers engagement to
open more opportunities to the brand of the hotel they
are staying.
It also includes rooms’ fees, images, videos, or panora-
ma of the hotel. Price will be tagged in each room for
further operation to be performed on the front-end.
The system has a content management module used
by hotel staff to track every room progress, room service
order and display it using immersive and interactive data

Q&A-Tiyakena Mels, is a television show is produced by
Tamesol Communication in partnership with ETV. It gets
aired every Thursday night with the objective of inform-
ing, entertaining and educating the public.
Tamesol produces Specialized Q&A shows on different
agendas. In 2013 the specialized Q&A started with the
Africas union 50th year juble campaign. The shows was
designed in such a way that they ensure active participa-
tion of the public and all other stakeholders.PhatronCGI
designed and developed a Pc, mobile and tablet applica-
tion used on the show. The app was used by Host, con-
testant and audience of the show. The app is still used
for the main Q and A show with a little user interface
changes.

Automated Engineering Management System
(AEMS) offers a complete production line man-
agement, processing work order, allocating
work to departments, rating employing perfor-
mance and easy status tracking of a work order.
AEMS is two-tier architecture, support unlimited num-

limits. It is capable of calculating work order VAT and
print attachment. Word document based invoicing/
receipt templates, Business Intelligence and multiple
BI reports with statistics/graphs enhances its features.

PhatronCGI worked on SMS Gateway to pro-
vide the audience of the ETV Q&A TV and consti-
tution Q and A shows with a back channel and
to get the possibility for a wider audience to par-
ticipate in the Questions and Answers TV show.
The answers sent are automatically processed and the
results are automatically and immediately delivered to
the sender together with a message from the spon-
sor. The prizes were in the form of airtime for prepaid
mobile phones. This system attracted a lot of users as it
was the first of its kind in Ethiopia. Later the trend and
gateway grow on its implementation on various media
outlets such as FM radio station and other companies

DentaMan system offers a complete management,
patient data processing; Medical card management,
dentist schedule, employee management, payroll
and it also can be used in medical data recording.
DENTAMAN is comprehensive, ready-to-use software

The Implementation of Automated hospital management
system tomanagepatientrecords,managemedicalcards,
medical history including multiple lab test modules, x-ray,
blood bank records, room allocation, prescription sheets,
discharge sheet, automated medical billing including lab
bill, in-house injection fees and room bill. Each module ac-
cess is limited to the user’s line of work. Patient record starts
from the front desk filling new patient records. Front desk
Clark can also assign patient to a doctor or respective med-
ical personnel. While patient diagnosis is ongoing process
with different tests cared out, each of this test will be mod-
ularized and will be attached to patient medical records.
The system will also include billing modules that are
automatically calculated as a service is given to the pa-
tient. The system to be developed combines all ser-
vices all together into single, integrated software
program that runs on a single database, so that the
various field office or departments can more easily
share information and communicate with each other.
