Description: - Today many teachers spend valuable lectures time cleaning a board by hand. Several
minutes are wasted per lecture. If board could clean itself, those minutes could be good use. It
provides efficient teaching system and save time. This project present the design and construction of a
remote controlled motorized hybrid board cleaner. The project consists of a four basic units: The

remote control and transmitter unit, the receiver unit, pulse generator or control unit and the cleaner
unit. The operation of the system is centered on PIC1C505 microcontroller and is such that when the
remote button is pressed within the range of 15 meters to the board, the cleaner cleans the board. The
speed and direction of the cleaner is also controlled by via the remote control. The system makes the
teaching efficient and flexible.

ANALYSIS” in academic MECH TECH 2013, held at Shirdi Sai Engineering
