10. My View of the Market Total sales in Boulder County are improving. Sales are down just 12% from last year. In May, sales were down 21%. Inventory of homes on the market continues to be low but it has been creeping up a bit. Under contract % at the end of July was a strong 18%. Last year at the same time it was 12%.
