  3. Introduction to classified marketing Classified marketing is one of the oldest forms of marketing and still plays a crucial role. Along with print media, online classified ads are equally important in a campaign. All it takes in a classified ad is precise and relevant information along with contact details.
  4. How does it work ? There are only two aspects to classified marketing, the ad itself and the site on which the ad is published. You can design your ad with just simple text or using graphics, photos or logos. Always design your ad targeting specific keywords to achieve good ranking. Remember aiming towards higher ranking means more traffic and more sales.
  5. Cost and time frame for results Websites generally charge a nominal cost to post classified ads. You can also buy a software called classified ad poster which will save you a lot of time and money. Classified marketing takes almost no time to run and results show up in a few days if not immediately.
  6. Tactic and alternatives Classified ad posting software will help you to post your ad on several websites at one go. Also, rotate your ad, which means posting different ads with different content but similar objective. Don’t forget that traditional classified advertising methods like magazines and news papers are still effective means of drawing attention towards your product. Remember to combine your offline and online classified campaigns which will help establish your presence in different mediums.
