Creative Brief
OBJECTIVE
To brand a new Food Truck that is focused on serving
alcohol to adults in popular locations at night and at big
events such as weddings, corporate meetings and other
upscale events.
AUDIENCE
The main audience is men and women over the age of 21.
Specifically those running events in which a bar will be
needed. It is a new trend to have food trucks at events. This
truck would essentially bring a bar to any event needed,
and provide entertainment to all guests!
STRATEGY
Potential customers need to know that it is a upscale
beverage truck that they can rent out for events. That it
only serves to 21 and older and provides the best drinks in
a fun trendy fashion.
CHANNELS
Through social media, digital advertisements and word of
mouth through customers. Additionally by attending big
food truck events such as festivals and citywide events.
TACTICS
Through social media, and traditional ads I believe people
will hear about it. Positioning it in local areas that have
a lot of buzz will additionally help potential customers
become aware of its services!

COMPETITION
The main competition will be bars in the area of the food
truck, and other companies that cater events. I believe
that my brand will be different however just because it is
following the new food truck trend and is more innovative
and could get more buzz from guests attending the events.
ENGAGEMENT
People will get involved by either renting the truck or by
ordering from it. If the service is great, other people will
hear about it through word of mouth and social media.
Word of Mouth is what will bring other people to this truck;
therefore customer service will be of up-most priority to
this truck.
EXTENSIONS
The idea that it is a food truck means it is easy to expand.
If the truck has success, several other trucks could be
created in other big cities around the country and a chain
could be created. If successful, it could also be turned into
an upscale bar in big city locations.
LAUNCH
The launch will occur at a big city food truck festival,
where the name and idea can be spread to several people at
one time. It will help get the word out to individuals who
may want the truck to come to their own events.

The menu shown on this page would be what customers would see on a daily basis. They would
be able to choose a limited amount of each type of beverage to be served at their events. Each
day the truck would choose which drinks they will serve around town.

The digital ad campaign would run on social media platforms such as Twitter,
Facebook and instagram. They would be placed in my demographics news feeds
so they would see them. The goal of the ad’s was to be runny and get possible
consumers to wonder what Uncorked is. I believe it will drive the consumers to
the website to learn more and ultimately visit or rent out the truck.

Creative Brief OBJECTIVE To brand a new Food Truck that is focused on serving alcohol to adults in popular locations at night and at big events such as weddings, corporate meetings and other upscale events. AUDIENCE The main audience is men and women over the age of 21. Specifically those running events in which a bar will be needed. It is a new trend to have food trucks at events. This truck would essentially bring a bar to any event needed, and provide entertainment to all guests! STRATEGY Potential customers need to know that it is a upscale beverage truck that they can rent out for events. That it only serves to 21 and older and provides the best drinks in a fun trendy fashion. CHANNELS Through social media, digital advertisements and word of mouth through customers. Additionally by attending big food truck events such as festivals and citywide events. TACTICS Through social media, and traditional ads I believe people will hear about it. Positioning it in local areas that have a lot of buzz will additionally help potential customers become aware of its services! 3 COMPETITION The main competition will be bars in the area of the food truck, and other companies that cater events. I believe that my brand will be different however just because it is following the new food truck trend and is more innovative and could get more buzz from guests attending the events. ENGAGEMENT People will get involved by either renting the truck or by ordering from it. If the service is great, other people will hear about it through word of mouth and social media. Word of Mouth is what will bring other people to this truck; therefore customer service will be of up-most priority to this truck. EXTENSIONS The idea that it is a food truck means it is easy to expand. If the truck has success, several other trucks could be created in other big cities around the country and a chain could be created. If successful, it could also be turned into an upscale bar in big city locations. LAUNCH The launch will occur at a big city food truck festival, where the name and idea can be spread to several people at one time. It will help get the word out to individuals who may want the truck to come to their own events.

They would be placed in my demographics news feeds so they would see them. The goal of the ad’s was to be runny and get possible consumers to wonder what Uncorked is. I believe it will drive the consumers to the website to learn more and ultimately visit or rent out the truck.
