"This years forum theme was "Innovation in Organisation Design: Leading, Learning and Practicing."
Held in an art gallery in East Amsterdam the venue at CBK was a perfect background to our innovative
open space conference. 2 Days, 85 people and over 70 sessions! This years Forum drew participants
from as far away as the USA and Australia and from all parts of the European Union, representing 10
countries as diverse as the UK, to Romania!
1. Using a modified open space approach and IdeaScale (you can still see the topics
there, eodf.ideascale.com) the space was opened for the Forum nearly 3 months ahead of the actual
event. The crowd sourcing prior to the conference online (ideascale) created energy for the
conference building up to right to the day of the conference. Anyone could propose and no-one was
prevented from presenting (meaning everyone who proposed had a reason to attend and so they did!"
To everyone who attended and contributed to making this the best Forum yet, we say thank you and
we look forward to seeing you again. 2015 In ITALY!"
