able to increase production of fine particles in the range 0.6 to 0.15mm, while traditional wet sand
making system cannot make it. And our VU grain shape optimizat ion machine will give crushed
raw materials good shape. The final sand is compared as well as natural sand.
In order to improve salability, many operators have installed washing plants in traditional wet type
sand manufacturing system, to remove most of the filler. This does nothing to address the deficiency
in the 150μm- 1mm size range, or to reduce the effect of poor particle shape. Wet type sand making

product is maintained after production by introduction of a small amount of water to prevent
