7. Discussion and Summarizing/Conferences
1) Share your cell phone responses with your group
members. (15 minutes)
Ask questions , listen to each other, and take notes
2) Write a summary of your responses. Each student
will write one summary. It may be the same summary
for each group member, or it may be a different
summary for each group member. It should be at least
15 sentences. (30 minutes)
Example: If there are four people in your group, you will
give me four papers, which may be the same or
different.
3) up to 8 points of extra credit will be given for your
summary. 8 = Excellent, 6 = good, 4 = above average,
2 = below average, 1= needs improvement
