My duties and responsibilities as under: -
1. Recruitment & Selection:
Identifying Manpower requirement from all Divisional heads.
Responsible for Recruitment, Selection & short listing the candidates.
Sourcing CV’s from Different source (Like Consultancies, New Paper, Job Portals or
Reference) and Conducting preliminary screening & taking initial interviews, Salary
Negotiation etc.
Short listing & Screening of candidates, conducting Final round interview & thereby
creating positive perceptions among candidates about the company.
Issuance of all letters related to offers made, appointment, confirmation & salary revision.
Ensuring the completion of joining formalities (Issue Offer Letter / Appointment Letter,
collection of required documents from new joiner)

Preparing Induction Program and Orientation to the employees towards policies and
procedures of the company.
2. Statutory Compliances:
As per IR Act preparing & recording all documents related to Labour Law as well as
handling IR & ER Issues, Contract Labour issues etc.
Liaison with Government authorities of Labour Inspector, Contract Labour, Drug Authority
& CDSCO etc.
Regulation/Monitor of the Contract and outsourced Labour and ensure that the outsourced
companies working in the company adhere to the applicable labor standards.
Monitoring on Labour welfare facilities, canteen facilities and toilet /washroom facilities.
Resolving employee Queries & settlement of the grievances, if any.
3. Time Office
Monitoring Time office.
Maintaining & Tracking Attendance, Leave, LOP for all employees (On-roll & Off-roll) as
per policy.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Addressed daily employee concerns and issues.
Manage the Monthly rewards & recognitions scheme with the business unit & Plant.
Employee Policy Formulation Review and Documentation-Initiation Drafting of New
Employee Policies on relocation, transfers, Internal Assessment of employees for senior

To understand the organizational behavior of employees in the Company
Did a four month project for MBA in HR Domain. The Company was a medium sized private
limited company with all the functional departments. The project scope was to identify the
employee relationship management and the problems that the employees face. The project aimed at
giving a better insight about the employees to the management. The project report was submitted
to the management team which resulted in the management to take appropriate decisions, And to
take the organization to the growth path through satisfying the employee needs.

Under went Institutional training at Tafe structured tractors and farm equipments manufacturing
company for a period of four weeks and gained insight into the functioning of departments such as
