2. Introduction
 Capitalizing on 20 years of experience in the business and finance

Consulting Services & Solutions, in 2015. The firm provides a wide
range of services to help small to mid-sized businesses with start-
up planning, staff development, data analysis, and human
resources assistance. When not at work, Nita Charlton-Gomes
enjoys deep sea fishing and competing in fishing tournaments, like
the Stars & Stripes Tournament.
Held annually in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the Stars & Stripes
Tournament is a fundraiser that combines deep-sea fishing, golf,
and live music into a 4-day long festival. Teams of four may
participate in the event for a cost of $12,500. That price includes
roundtrip tickets to Los Cabos, Mexico; transportation to and from
the airport and the Hilton Los Cabos Hotel; a 3-night stay at the
hotel; breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each day of the event; and
drinks served 12 hours a day.

3. The Stars & Stripes Tournament
 Each team may choose to either fish, golf, or get pampered
at the Hilton spa each day.
The Stars & Stripes Tournament also provides additional
sponsorship opportunities, ranging from Angel Sponsor for
$6000 to Presenting Sponsor for $125,000. Presenting
Sponsors enjoy all the benefits of a team of four, with multiple
upgrades including, but not limited to, a suite upgrade, 10
tickets to a VIP dinner on Wednesday night, and two full-page
ads in the event program.
The Stars & Stripes Tournament is overseen by the Stars &
Stripes Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization based in Laguna
Niguel, California. Since its first tournament in 1996, the Stars
& Stripes Foundation has raised over $20 million for youth
charities.
