To assist the Government of Tunisia in developing online procedures for
small value local contracts and engaging local SMEs in bidding for public
contracts on TUNPES

• To provide capacity building to COSEM members and staff regarding
new policies for public procurement review and remedies
• To develop a comprehensive information system about review and
remedies in Tunisia for local suppliers and contractors
• To develop a training programme to be implemented in regions in
Tunisia, raising awareness of SMEs about government accountability and
a right for public procurement review
• To support COSEM in creating capacity to handle complaints upon
extending electronic bidding on TUNEPS
