يأتي توظيف ملف الإنجاز الإلكتروني E-Portfolio في العملية التعليمية باعتباره مستحدثاً تكنولوجياً، ووسيلة لتوثيق المعرفة التربوية فهو يتيح للمعلم حفظ سجلاته وإنجازاته بطريقة مبتكرة ليتسنى له عرض مهاراته وقدراته وتزويده بتغذية راجعة على مدى تحقق أهدافه عن طريق توفير أساليب تتسم بالكفاءة والفاعلية لتنمية المعلم وتمكينه من القيام بالأدوار والمسؤوليات الجديدة بكفاءة وجودة عالية , والوسيلة الفاعلة لتحقيق ذلك هي تدريب المعلم على أحدث المستحدثات التكنولوجية من خلال البرامج التدريبية .

Abstract
Title of the study:
An electronic training program proposed to give science female teachers the
skills of design and production of E-Portfolio.
This study aimed to identify the impact of the electronic training program
proposed to give science female teachers the skills of design and production of
E-Portfolio.
The issue of the study has been identified in the following question:
"What is the electronic training program proposed to give science female
teachers the skills of design and production of E-Portfolio?
In the light of the issue of the study, the scholar was able to formulate the
following hypotheses:
- There is difference with statistical significant at the level (0.05) between the
mean scores of the experimental group in the post-and-pre application of
the cognitive test related to the skills of design and production of E-
Portfolio, for the benefit of the post application.
- There is no difference with statistical significant at the level (0.05) between
the mean scores of the experimental group in the product rating card
related to the skill side of the skills of design and production of E-Portfolio
at a mastery level equivalent to 80%.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the quasi-experimental approach was
used and the research tools; (the electronic training program, the pre-and-post
cognitive test, and product rating card), were applied on the sample of the study
consisting of one experimental group of (40) science female teachers (chemistry,
physics, and biology) of the secondary school in Onaizah in 2011.

The study results revealed that there are differences with statistical significant
at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post
application than the pre application of the cognitive test for the benefit of the post
application. Also, there is difference with statistical significant at the level (0.05)
between the mean scores of the experimental group in the product rating card related
to the skill side of the skills of design and production of E-Portfolio at a mastery level
can be equivalent to 80%. These differences are accounted for the application of the
product rating card.
According to the study results, the scholar recommends using the electronic
training program to train all educational and administrative employees on design and
production of the E-Portfolio. Also, she recommends using the E-Portfolio as a tool to
evaluate the teacher and to show her distinguished works, as an alternative to the
register of professional growth and as a source to determine her training need, in
addition to developing teacher technological abilities and skills in E-Portfolio to keep
pace with technological progress. Using teachers's experiences through publishing
their E-Portfolios on the internet, and installation of Mahara system to prepare the
E-Portfolios on the Administration of Education website.
