Humanity Consultants Illinois will be a prototype joint venture between
Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity, and an established brokerage that is
committed to delivering the highest level of professionalism, and to the
vision of a sustainable, caring world.
I’m a mathematical innovator, not an entrepreneur. I’m seeking impact
investment and the senior management team that can execute on my
business vision, and do the most good with my “invention”.
I get home sellers roughly 3% more for their homes, using the Econometric
Home Valuation methodology (EHV) that I've developed (as a Fellow in the
Society of Actuaries) over the past 13 years, to aid in pricing and
negotiating.
Around $25 billion of commissions a year is paid on the listing side of the
residential brokerage industry. I have proven that quality, under capacity
Realtors will pay me 70% of their commission, when I bring them the home
seller, and do the pricing and negotiating. I've also proven that 90% of
home sellers will enlist my services, after I've personally engaged them.
I’m looking for the senior management team that can maximize the social
good from my “invention”; develop a compelling marketing strategy; help
me secure the corporate partnerships and impact investment needed; and
build the recruiting template, home valuation software and training systems
to eventually get 10,000 EHV consultants (and social mission evangelists)
touching 2 million home selling households a year, across 50 states.
