Scope:
• Based on similar initiatives in other large-scale projects, creation of the Good
Neighbourly Relations Committee (hereafter the “Committee”) to favour exchanges
between SSL and residents, merchants and community organizations
• The primary purpose of the Committee is to proactively share all information on:
 Work completed, underway and to come
 Anticipated impacts
 Associated mitigation measures
• The meetings shall serve to:
 Answer questions
 Find possible solutions for the various issues that are raised
 Engage in discussions in an open and transparent manner
