• Responsible for the courier functions of collection and efficient service delivery to the clients.
• Responsible for the courier department and will ensure that the staff under him are performing by
Supervising the work of courier clerks, riders and van crews.
• Being the dedicated person to facilitate and coordinate PS Kenya activities and ensure that distribution of

• Coordinate the distribution of Mosquito Nets in Nyanza Region, Western Region, south Rift and North rift
of Kenya.
• Ensure that distribution of Mosquito nets is delivered on time to the health centers as per clients

• Market the courier product and generate new business to the company.
• To ensure that all courier consignments are collected and delivered on time from the clients
• Preparation and submission of courier tenders.

• Handling general welfare of the guards e.g. off duty, leave, accidents, sickness…etc
• Ensuring that all records in operations department are correct including Drafting temporary works order
&computing over time claims, dispatch order book, diary book, and variation orders.
• I assisted the allocation sheet data clerk to ensure that the guard’s attendance data is entered properly in the
allocation sheet, on the receipt of a daily checklist; I assisted in ensuring that the checklist is duly signed
and with authentic guard signatures.
• I assisted the training officer in ensuring that the new recruits before being interviewed and later joining
the class have met all the required minimum qualifications .this was done by filling all the necessary paper
work.
• Preparing guards files for payment and final dues –on the receipt of the guards files ,we forward their files
with correct documents to the relevant departments i.e. HR and accounts
• Issuing and dispatching of guards with delegation from my boss, upon the guards arrival at the office I gave
the guards the dispatch assignment slip where they show their supervisors on their assignments.
• Updating deployment daily diary –every time a guard is assigned an assignment ,it is recorded in the
deployment diary to give clear communication to the department
• I participated in doing spot checks to the various assignments under the security control of RFSL
• Deployment schedules-I used this book when recording the movement of guards and the first deployment
of all guards
• Assist in employee counseling and handling of staff grievances.

STAFFING OFFICER 2014(JANUARY - FEBRUARY) • Handling general welfare of the guards e.g. off duty, leave, accidents, sickness…etc • Ensuring that all records in operations department are correct including Drafting temporary works order &computing over time claims, dispatch order book, diary book, and variation orders. • I assisted the allocation sheet data clerk to ensure that the guard’s attendance data is entered properly in the allocation sheet, on the receipt of a daily checklist; I assisted in ensuring that the checklist is duly signed and with authentic guard signatures. • I assisted the training officer in ensuring that the new recruits before being interviewed and later joining the class have met all the required minimum qualifications .this was done by filling all the necessary paper work. • Preparing guards files for payment and final dues –on the receipt of the guards files ,we forward their files with correct documents to the relevant departments i.e. HR and accounts • Issuing and dispatching of guards with delegation from my boss, upon the guards arrival at the office I gave the guards the dispatch assignment slip where they show their supervisors on their assignments. • Updating deployment daily diary –every time a guard is assigned an assignment ,it is recorded in the deployment diary to give clear communication to the department • I participated in doing spot checks to the various assignments under the security control of RFSL • Deployment schedules-I used this book when recording the movement of guards and the first deployment of all guards • Assist in employee counseling and handling of staff grievances.
