W3 krami - A collaboration between three authorities
1. Krami Stockholm
A collaboration between three authorities
The Employment Office (Af)
The Prison- and Probation Service(KV)
The Municipal Labour market Administration(AMF)
2. Background
• Krami started 1980 in Malmö
• A result of a call for collaboration between authorities upon client release
from prison. A need for co-ordination and co-operation, effective planning
and long-term rehabilitation for this kind of clients.
• Krami Stockholm started in 1992
4. Target group
Men and women
Previous criminality and/or alcohol or drug addiction, with
problems related to:
• Exclusion – limited knowledge and limited access to information regarding
possibilities and requirements in society and in the labour market
• Difficulty in understanding the connection between action/consequence
• Difficulty in prioritizing
• Impulse-driven
• Living for one day at a time
• Low self esteem
5. Aims for Krami
The purpose of the program is for the client to:
• Find, obtain and retain employment or education and
thus become firmly established inside the labour market and in society
• Learn to live according to the laws of the country
• Become economically self-supporting and be able to participate in new social
contexts
7. Basic assumptions
based on existentialism
• Freedom: All humans are free.
• Choice: All humans create themselves through their
own choices and actions.
• Responsibility: All humans are responsible for the
consequences of their choices and actions.
• Fellowship: All humans are social beings who are
nothing without their social context.
8. social skills
FREEDOM CHOICE DEED CONSEQUENCE RESPONSIBILITY
It is expected that all adults:
1. Are able to and have the will to create an independent life for themselves
2. Strive to be able to fend for themselves according to their own understanding and capacity
3. Take responsibility for their own social conduct
4. Strive to keep agreements and follow rules
5. Treat other people the way they themselves want to be treated
6. Manage to co-operate with other people
7. Are prepared to listen to the standpoints of others and are not sufficient single-handed
Jag antar att med set som det stod förut menas det jag skrivit. Varför är andra delen av meningen inte
punkt 8 och vad menas egentligen? att man inte klarar sig ensam eller inte existerar utan andra som det
står I förra bilden. Det står att man inte är tillräcklig ensam och det blir ju underligt. Realise that no one
can live outside society? Realise that we belong in a context?
