4. National Customers - A part of Arbetsförmedlingens strategy
for working more actively with employer relations
5. National Customers is an innovative way of combining the
efforts of public and private sector in Sweden
• National Customers is a Swedish initiative that seeks to
combine the public measures to combat unemployment
with the commitment of the employers
• The goal is to work more innovatively to find the right
solutions that create employment possibilities for groups
that risk long time unemployment
• National Customers creates new opportunities for young
unemployed to gain experience and strengthen their
position on the labor market
6. Our vision and strategy
• Arbetsförmedlingen - a meeting place for opportunities
• To help the groups who have weak links on the labour
market, the youth
• Develop and adapt working methods in order to meet
employers´demand for labour by better utilising and
matchning the skills of our priority job-seekers not yet
established on the Swedish labour market, the youth etc
• Focus on places and lines of business where employers
have difficulty in recruiting, retaining qualified labour or need
to broaden their recruitment base
