• Started 2009
• Cooperation with the employment service
• Swedbank together with companies in its network,
offering internships
• The target group is people aged 18-24 and
unemployed more than 90 days.
• Practice time is normally three months.
• Social Insurance service pays the youth during
the internship. The intern is insured.
• Young Jobs provides experience, references and
a line in the cv.
• Internship is no promise of employment.
