3. Check the credentials of the person doing the pre-service
evaluation
4. Ensure the in-home care provider is taking a holistic approach

6. Ask about procedures to handle emergencies
7. Find out who you can contact with questions or concerns
8. Determine how the provider ensures patient confidentiality
