In Malaysia, Sime Darby Property is involved in a joint venture partnership with Sime UEP
Properties Bhd and Brunsfield Group of Companies in developing Subang Avenue in Subang
Jaya that features serviced apartments and a 250,000-sq-ft retail area. It will also continue to
build on and launch projects on the remaining 20% of its landbank in the Ara Damansara
township, and near the Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club.

The company has also introduced Orion and Balmoral Hills, two upscale residential projects in
Singapore. In Australia, their operations concentrate on hospitality management at Perth and
Margaret River, as well as owning and operating the Karri Valley Resort. Sime Darby Property
also just bought Oyster Cove in Queensland for RM21mil. In addition, the group property division
has also formed a partnership with Hong Kong-listed Nanfung Group and ING Real Estate to
jointly develop the RM1.5 billion Richmond Park residential project in Beijing.

Meanwhile, its hospitality business encompasses, among others, three resort properties in
Australia, Darby Park Executive Suites in Singapore, Rangdong Court Service Apartments in
Vietnam as well as PNB Darby Park Executive Suites, Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club and
Sime Darby Convention Centre in Malaysia.
