TIP #1 : SPEED
• When Internet users fill out online forms to receive
  quotes, they expect to receive an answer within 2
  minutes. If not answered quickly, they are very likely to
  visit      another        website       and       contact
  a competitor. According to Harvard Business Review,
  firms that contacted potential customers within an hour
  of receiving a query were nearly seven times more likely
  to qualify the lead as those that contacted the customer
  an hour later—and more than 60 times as likely as
  companies that waited 24 hours or longer. Despite these
  findings, 63 percent of companies failed to respond in
  that golden hour. Twenty-four percent waited more than
  a day, and 23 percent didn’t respond at all.
TIP #2 : VALUE-ADDED
• What      sets  you     apart   from      your
  competition? Several factors can play a very
  important role in the prospect's decision
  process. Ask yourself what makes you different
  from your competition and use this distinction
