Editor's Notes
Parks service personnel see the boat sitting on the side of the road just inside Utah and observe what they believe are quagga mussels. They are waiting for oversize permits from Utah Department of Transportation. In the meantime Amy Ferriter had tracked down the boat haulers contact info and Larry Dalton was able to talk to them at the scene. Law enforcement responds. Aramark not enthusiastic about working with us or the hauler on storage due to past experiences with this particular hauler.
