After finished with Binary installation, you need to run RCU with the same SOA Version in my case
11.1.1.6 and create schema like the below picture.
Done with RCU, Go the this path
/u01/app/oracle/fmw/Oracle_SOA1/common/bin
And Run
./config.sh
