This is a guide to using Otixo's Spaces - the best way to share files across cloud services and the easiest way to share encrypted files with the people you trust.

1. Spaces
Keep files in their individual clouds
while collaborating and sharing
with your project team, friends or
family.

2. Create a Space
Click the + icon next
to "My Spaces" and
give your Space a
name.

3. Add Files
Right­click on the
files you want to
attach to share them
in the desired Space.

4. Add a
Collaborator
Right­click on the
Space to Edit
Properties. Then add
your collaborators!

5. Add Comments
Click on the comments icon or
preview the file and exchange
comments with the other
collaborators.

7. Public Link
Share your files via public link from Properties.

8. Cross
Collaboration
Collaborators share files
from their cloud
services, too! No one
sees where files are
stored and no
duplicates are created.

9. Write Protection
File owners may control write
access to their files ­ so content
can either be locked or editable
by invited collaborators.

10. Encrypted Sharing
Use Spaces to share encrypted
files without needing to
exchange keys. Otixo does it all
