dates in some cases as low as 6 weeks for rapid tools. Our technology, people and

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION 
MOLD DISMANTLING: 
Remove handling bar, separate core half and cavity half. 
FIXED HALF DISMANTLING: 
• Remove cooling hose pipes of core, cavity and cooling. 
• Remove Locating ring. (Register ring). 
• Remove TOP plate by means of M20 bolts in top and manifold. 
• Place Ø 14.0 pin (given with mold for hrs guiding) properly in holes of manifold spacer. 
• Remove HRS manifold bolts. Remove HRS keeping guide in these pin properly and carefully not to damage the 
heater coils & place it in safe place .Keep the spacer button (below hrs manifold) and the bolts separate. 
• Remove Manifold Spacer plate. 
MOVING HALF DISMANTLING: 
• Remove all cooling. 
• Remove Guide rails and stoppers. 
• Remove sliders. 
• Remove lifters. 
• Remove hydraulic cylinders. 
• Keep jack in between core and ejector assembly. 
• Keep moving half bottom plate up condition. Remove Mold lifting blocks. 
• Loose limit switch base bolt and move backward in safe distance. 
• Remove ejector guide pillar. Remove back plate. 
• Remove ejector back plate. 
• Remove all ejector pins, return pins and remove ejector plate.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION 
AFTER DISMANTLING: 
• Complete cleaning 
• Check all end plugs, hydraulic plugs connectors for leak. Check ”O” rings ,seal and gaskets. Replace if required. 
• Lubricate functioning parts where required. 
• Check hot runners connections ,coils ,heaters and cooling leakage if any. Check hrs connectors. 
• Place neutral film on sharp edges as well as protect parting surface. 
• Check all sliding elements, ejecting elements, part puller mech. 
AFTER REASSEMBLY: 
• Complete cleaning. 
• Check all end plugs, hydraulic plugs connectors for leak. Check ”O” rings ,seal and gaskets. Replace if required. 
• Lubricate functioning parts where required . 
• Check hot runners connections,coils,heaters and cooling leakage if any. Check hrs connectors. 
• Check water circuit. Check it’s! Flow. 
• Check electrical system and actuations. 
• Reconfirm that all functional parts are properly fitted and working properly in required sequence. 
PREVENTIVE MAINTENACE: 
• Complete cleaning regularly. 
• First overhaul after 5000 parts. 
• Preventive maintenance every 18000 parts.

From tool launch to tool try-out, our Project Managers provide a reliable contact to ensure your commitments are met both on time and on budget. Our facility is over 7,000 sq. ft in size and is continuously growing to meet the needs of our customers. We incorporate the latest technologies in CAD/CAM,CNC,EDM and Inspection and daily tracking procedures to reduce shop wait times and provide improved delivery dates in some cases as low as 6 weeks for rapid tools. Our technology, people and processes has allowed us to manufacture Moulds for 850 Tones Moulding Machine with benchmark delivery dates.

FIXED HALF DISMANTLING: • Remove cooling hose pipes of core, cavity and cooling. • Remove Locating ring. (Register ring). • Remove TOP plate by means of M20 bolts in top and manifold. • Place Ø 14.0 pin (given with mold for hrs guiding) properly in holes of manifold spacer. • Remove HRS manifold bolts. Remove HRS keeping guide in these pin properly and carefully not to damage the heater coils & place it in safe place .Keep the spacer button (below hrs manifold) and the bolts separate. • Remove Manifold Spacer plate. MOVING HALF DISMANTLING: • Remove all cooling. • Remove Guide rails and stoppers. • Remove sliders. • Remove lifters. • Remove hydraulic cylinders. • Keep jack in between core and ejector assembly. • Keep moving half bottom plate up condition. Remove Mold lifting blocks. • Loose limit switch base bolt and move backward in safe distance. • Remove ejector guide pillar. Remove back plate. • Remove ejector back plate. • Remove all ejector pins, return pins and remove ejector plate.

Replace if required. • Lubricate functioning parts where required. • Check hot runners connections ,coils ,heaters and cooling leakage if any. Check hrs connectors. • Place neutral film on sharp edges as well as protect parting surface. • Check all sliding elements, ejecting elements, part puller mech. AFTER REASSEMBLY: • Complete cleaning. • Check all end plugs, hydraulic plugs connectors for leak. Check ”O” rings ,seal and gaskets. Replace if required. • Lubricate functioning parts where required . • Check hot runners connections,coils,heaters and cooling leakage if any. Check hrs connectors. • Check water circuit. Check it’s! Flow. • Check electrical system and actuations. • Reconfirm that all functional parts are properly fitted and working properly in required sequence. PREVENTIVE MAINTENACE: • Complete cleaning regularly. • First overhaul after 5000 parts. • Preventive maintenance every 18000 parts.
