Definitions
• Idea:
o a concept of reason that is transcendent but non-
empirical;
o a thought or conception, that potentially or actually exists
in the mind as a product of mental activity. [Kant, 1788]
• Project: a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a
unique product, service or result. [PMI, 2008]
• Innovation: is something original, new, and important in
whatever field that breaks in to a market or society [Frankelius,
2009]
• Ideation is the creative process of generating, developing,
and communicating new ideas [Graham and Bachmann,
2004]
