1) Product Management, Brand Identification & Product Launch
Failure analysis of Previous Projects and Competitor Product Analysis with Market Analysis
resulted in introduction of New brands in CCTV & Access Control Section.
Split into three sectors in Prices for CCTV, Geo vision contributed for Mid Range, CP Plus and Dahua
Contributed for Low Range holding Indigo-vision for Top range.
Split into three Sectors in Prices for Access control, Meditec Contributed for Mid Range, Rosslare
Contributed for Low Range holding Gallagher for Top Range.
2) Cost Effective System Integration and Design
CCTV System according to the MOI regulations in Qatar focused on Camera specification and
storage Facility having less concentration on Network Switches, UPS , Access Control and
Structured Cabling being an integral part of solution. Using Cost effective brands for less
concentrated integral parts such as D Link for Network Switches , Hitachi/ Santak for UPS , IP Tec
for Access control and Belconn for Structured Cabling Contributed a 20 to 30 percent variation in
prices. Client Budget on prices without having compromise on specificationsfrom MOI was met
increasing the HIT ratio of winning Projects.
3) Project Planning & Implementation
Equipment and Infrastructural Shortage during VSNL broadband period was overcome by acquiring
the devices from inactive clients, allocating customers to unused equipments/slotsin existing back
end devices and routing through unused cable network in the existing infrastructural backbone.
Managing least Down time ( Highest Up Time ) by planned migration of customers in the low traffic
time period with removal of equipments/devicesand infrastructural cables for reuse in new
locations for new installations resulted in the highest sales recorded for the year without purchase
of new devices, Equipments and Infrastructural Cables.
4) Business Development & Promotion
